Hey guy's
Well I have finally finished my AMT 1/25 scale Ford Galaxie 500XL.
I have had serious problems with the paintjob. As I wrote in previous post's the paint on the hood, started to crackle. I had done 90% of the chromework, when the paint on the body started to crackle too. I didn't wan't to go through another round of stripping the paint and repaint and redoing the BFM, so I left it as it is. I reckon the problem is due to paint's not being compatible. I used three diffirent brands of paint. Keeping the model as it is, as a reminder of never to use different brands of paint. One for primer, one for color and one for clearcoat.
The paintjob looks fairly decent, in the pics and they say a picture never lies. Haven't retouched the pics, I have just been very selective.
Any comments/questions are very welcome.

I think it's a beauty, specially considering the trouble you had with the paint.
It turned out very good. I like the contrasting interior colors!

Thanks guy's
I do have a few engine shots. Not much to look at though. I had bought some sparkplug wire, for this one, but didn't feel like doing it. With all the problems I had, I just wanted to move on to the next one.
You can see the cracks in the first picture.
