hi all!
normally just do figures and post on HF, but someone suggested you guys might like a look so here it is...
i built the bike OOB as i'm not one for superdetailing, that said i've detailed some stowage items and given our man a new set of goggles
if your interested in progress on figure and bike heres a link to the HF WIP

Thanks Mike
and no bother..... i got the kit from a fellow kitmaker who is selling up ( thanks Mozam ) for a song and he'd started construction
i took it from here
and continued on.....
i almost cut the figure down to a bust but decided on the whole setup, so the figure is stalled till i finish the bike, weathering and all.....
the only alterations to the bike are
1. cut seat to fit figure as it was miles out and he floated
2. cut spring under his seat so he sits a bit lower on the bike, thought it looked more natural
the rest is out of the box as i said

well i'm back too the BMW now after the dracula episode
finished the kit for the rear seat and the machine pistol, just some detailing on the straps to do...
FYI... the mg strap i did with "pastel" paper which is 160 gsm paper, looks very nice and the texture of the paper looks very leathery.
waffle over

Jesper.... many thanks
Mike NP and cheers
Mark.. cheers mate and see you in the summer
some progress.... i added little squares of plastic with little plastic "screwheads" to the heat shield on the exhaust as it seemed a bit odd without.
building layers of dirt onto the beast now

this is nearing the end now (HOORAH!) it's 2 months since i started this
anyway started to really get stuck into messing up the smart and cleen dude
i based the area with lots of washes of graveyard earth as a base to the weathering.
covered hands and face and attacked with 2 shades of diluted chalks and then a spattered layer of tamiya weathering master followed by thick layer of the same round the boots and the hem of the coat...
overdone???
