Hi All
I am working on Revell's '70 302 Boss Mustang. I won't be building it as a Boss though. The engine I have kept as original, but the interior and exterior will not be as a 302 Boss.
The finished intrior is all black except for the white gauges.
Engine is done as well.
The body is preped for paint. All chrome has been striped and will be painted black or body color. I have bought a blue/greyish metalic color for the body.

the plug wires look scale correct. Are the gages decals or did you paint those?

Looks good so far--!970 Boss 302s are my favorite car since I have owned a real one since 1973. I have been collecting parts to build an accurate model for some time and hope to get to it someday soon hopefully. I will be interested on your progress on this one.

Added a little color to the Mustang yesterday. So far 3 thin coats. There are two minor blemishies that needs to be taken care of before I add another 2-3 coats of paint. The paint is a Motip spraycan grey/bluish color.

Hi,
Very nice build, I also started this Mustang. Here is very good article about correct color of engine parts.

Done.
I choosed to avoid most of the chrome to give it a tougher look, although in restrospect I should have added bmf to the rear lights. they are so deeply set, they look empty.
All in all I am quite pleased.

That's a real cracking 'Stang. I really love the mix of graceful power and brutality of the Mustang.
Not so sure about the body colour bumpers - too modern for a great '60s shape, but that's just my opinion.
