Hey Mike thats a real shame about having to redo her buddy. It was looking superb too, but I am certain it will be just as good 2nd time around.

The body is yellow again. About 2 coats on right now of a Testor's yellow. The Testor's is only the base coat; I'll use the Model Master Bright Yellow in the rattle can after I've wet sanded it.

Mike, glad to see it's back to where it was. As for my Ford Focus, she is about done. I attached the last couple parts (side-view mirrors and stretched sprue radio attenae). Afterwards I noticed that there was a smudge in the roof gloss coat thanks to pressing a little too hard with my finger. After polishing that out I was all ready to call it done when I realized I polished away part of the paint job along the longitudinal seam at the top corner above the doors. Once I hide that tonight I will take pictures and call it done.

FINALLY some building time!!!! I'm cutting things short again! Not by will though. The kitchen isn't cooperating (well delivery firm that is...)

All of this was to be already primed (well not the wheels or course), waiting for final paint. There are no short-cuts for a bad fit. The trailer was grossly out of fit, still not quite there yet unfortunately.

LOL, nope. I removed the molded on ones. She's "Slicked." Electronic doors. Tho, I may put a little "button" on the driver's door.

It does look good Mike. As for the headlights, custom covers to protect from stone chips; remove them when you need the lights?

Great work Mike, and 2 really good paint jobs.
Cheers Pete

Some great looking builds here guys but it looks like I'm not going to be able to complete my build Back in the summer my G4 drove off the workbench and broke apart Nothing that can't be mended but I lost my mojo for the build and put it back in the box where it has been sitting
I guess it will be a candidate for a get r done campaign
