Cool......I owned one of these. A very fast ride. Kinda hard on the back though. I traded it in on a Honda CBX 6 cyl.

I can't find the manufacturer of the kit in your posts. Wuz up? I'm guessing Tamiya.

Oh Cool! Do you maybe have any pictures? I was thinking of plain silver/black combo. It is Tamiya, unfortunately I forgot to write that in the title, It should be fixed soon by admins.

Kind regards,Sven.

Hi Sven

Yes....but most of my pics centered around the rider. Nature of the beast. Google images for your bike model. Millions of pics.

Yes....I had Silver and Black. It rocked dude!

Hi Sven!
Correct Name is "GSX1100S - Katana"! Sold mine last year after 13 years of driving, bike was arond 30 years old and still rocking.
Changed it for a little more back-protecting Bike. Here´s some pics; except color, seat, mirrors and front spoiler all original parts. Watch the valve covers-they were chrome, as the most engine covers!

hope this can help you detailing.

@John: great that you had this one too!

Cheers T.

Hey, it's nice to see you have another project going on Sven. Hope you did well in school, and that you get a chance to start on this soon.

On a somewhat related note, I recently saw a 750 GSXR that suffered some pretty bad road rash. I took a couple of photos of it, I'll post them up when i get a chance.

Thanks Jeremy, I still have some work to do so I think I'll start again next week. Thanks for the pictures, now I'm thinking of doing a damaged one as well, looks way cooler than just plain shiny one.

Kind regards, Sven.
