Thought that I had better introduce myself. Name is Martin, and I am located in a town called Jarrow, not far from Newcastle upon Tyne,England.

Been modelling for over 50 years now, building mostly aircraft and ships, and model railways which I still do. Recently started building 1/35 scale armour, and also into 1/16 scale rc tanks. Armour is really quite new to me even after my experience.

Greetings & welcome, glad to have you aboard!

Name is Mike Koenig, I live in the south central US - Lexington, Kentucky to be exact. (86 miles from the Kentucky Darby/Derby!) Sounds like you have done a bit of everything model wise, me too. I especially like your interest in trains as well as in armor!

Cheers

I have a German HO layout in the attic, and also a G scale railway in the garden. Scale is not quite correct for my 1/16 scale Tiger I tank though.

I too have, or rather had, three somewhat large HO layouts in the basement. (Back when I had a basement - retired now.) Also had a small G scale loop in the garden.

Have been modeling (just about anything and everything) since grammar school. For now my three grown sons have me focused on 1/35th scale armor, mostly soft skins, though trains and planes still tempt me!

Hi,
