Does anyone know where I can get a set of the wide white wall tires for a 1/25 Ford Fairlane by AMT/ERTL kit #31838? All the sites I have looked at so far just sells the low profile tires. I am making this kit a regular 1957 stock. The tires that came with the kit are plain black. I have tried and tried to paint them but it is HOPLESS! I wish they would have made the tires to where you just insert the white ring into the rubber, like I have seen kits before. Thanks in advance!

You can try Modelhaus.com they have lots of restoration parts for model cars.

You could use a dry transfer, Detail Masters carry them. I never used the white wall transfers but have used the Goodyear lettering with great results.
