Wow. I haven't seen one of these built up in a while. Nice job on the old girl! It looks to me like you replaced the molded-in headlights with some clear plastic replacements, too.
What paint did you use for the color?

I wish someone would come out a stock 67'-68' cougar or better still a 70'.

thanks guys,
I did indeed drill out the headlights and add lenses, for the rust i just glued some embossing powder on to give it texture then went over with pastels.
