Matt,
I'm assuming the diecast is 1:25.
I took a few minutes and looked through my stash, as well as my decal box. I came up with some "1500" decals from AMT's Tahoe kit, and a pair of "3500" decals from AMT's Chevy Dually Street Machine kit from ages ago. I thought the AMT Silverado (C-1500) kits had the decals, too, but it turns out that the badges are engraved on the body shell. I couldn't find any "2500" decals.
I know that AMT issued a Chevy extended cab pickup (non-dually) as a SnapFast Plus kit sometime in the early or mid 90's. I'm pretty sure - ok, 50% sure - that it was a C-2500. If there are any "2500" markings to be had, that kit would have had them.
Maybe.
I don't know if there's any easy answer to this, as the numbers in all the badges (1500, 2500, 3500) are quite stylized and a bit "squashed". It's possible that Letraset offers some dry transfers that might work, so you could make your own set.

Good luck ordering from Jim. He might take a long time, but his decals are definately worth the wait. Have you used Jbot decals before? They are extreamly thin.

Wow, those are nice. You really do learn something new every day.
I guess I can stop looking for the mystery C-2500 kit now.

That's option #2.........
It's a 1/24 Diecast Suburban I'm refinising to a Fire package..... I dismantled it last night the doors, hood & rear hatch were stripped and are starting the repriming tonight.
