Yes, let me explain.....there is too much, let me sum up...
The Stop, Look and Listen campaign will allow anything that has a foot in reality as far as railroads go. There's no era restriction so WWI/WWII Railarmor, which
actually ran in real life, is totally acceptable.
Even some fantastic stuff is allowable as long as it is based on real railroad operations.
For example: a 1/35 Dora, which ran on two sets of tracks, really existed. Go for it.
For example: A train-based Tranformers robot did not actually exist and wouldn't be seen in real rail ops, so, no to that.
Road names can be real or freelance (made-up), but, what you are building,
regardless of scale, has to be based on usable, realistic Locos, rolling stock, buildings or lineside structures.
