Here is what I am currently working on. My son loves Lighting McQueen so when the decals were releases for this car I had to build it. Since there is not a Charger kit made I decided to take a Monte Carlo and convert it into a Charger.
This is what I came up with could stand to have a bit more of a snout on it, but body work is not one of my strongest skills so I went with it after a couple attemps at making it right.
The real car.

This where I am with this one body has been painted and decaled. Chassis has been modified, painted and clear coated.
Sorry the pics are so blurry, not sure what I did wrong.
Waiting on some nice weather to clear coat the body.

And I'm Elvis Presley... you're sure as heck good at bodywork!!! Great stuff. Glad that I can't get a hold of Stock Car models! Our bottom floor would be filled with them...

Small update, figured while it's like a winter wonderland outside I would work on whatever I don't need to paint. Crazy Modeller brake rotors, with guitar strings for the lugs.
Sorry about the low quality of the pic.

Those look nice. Kit or scratch? I need to do the same for my Caddy build.

Thanks for the comments guys
I got a little more done over the weekend. Finished the seat and got it installed, finished up the wheels and tires, did a little more to the interior. Still some tidying up to do, but it's getting there. Also got the body clear coated, but my lack of photo skills does not give you a good feel for how glassy it actually is. I still need to give the body a good polishing, just letting it cure for a day or two.
