Well, it's a lucky draw.
All the names of the voters will be placed in a hat and the winner's name drawn by my lovely missus (no, she will not be bikini clad! )So there you have it... want a free kit, take 2 minutes and go to the above thread and select some kits for some people to build! Easy-peasy!
