Hi all,
I have finally finished my 1942 Ford Sedan. The kit is Tamiya's 1/48 staff car that I just painted in civilian colors. I used Model Master paints and brush painted the details after masking around them. I didn't give it a gloss or wax coat. It was an enjoyable deviation from my usual aircraft and armor builds, and was enjoyed thoroughly by the recipient (it was a gift for a friend).
Many thanks to the members who responded to my question about the conversion, and helped me out with my paint stripping problem.
Enjoy,
sweaver
