LOL.
Friends and fellow modelers, I need a 1/25 semi-tractor radiator. Or/and an old 1/25 refrigerator unit from a trailer model.

This is just a cry-out for a parts-box request. I don't build that kind of model and don't have one to raid from. I was hoping one of you fine truck modelers might have one from a curbside specimen or upgraded to photoetch/AM (which, if you have a good link to such, THAT would be awesome too!)

So poke around in your parts box and hollar if you have a spare. I'm just looking for as much surface area to the radiator element so I can cut to fit the area I have set up for the radiator in another project.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for taking a look, Bob.

Keep it coming guys. What I'm doing may take more surface area than I can get out of awesome Bob up there and I may have to meld two together. I'm going to sketch up an idea on how this is going together in my head.

So keep checking those spares boxes, if ya would. I'd be MOST appreciative.

Not that I have any, but what about radiator parts out of a 1/16 scale car or truck kit? Might be able to find somone with an extra or old junker. The old 1/16 Monogram '57 Chevy had quite a large radiator if I recall.

Bob- PM sent...you rock, my friend!

Kent-
1/16th scale rad, huh?
Wow, that's huge....I like it. I'd be kinda worried that the vane pattern might be almost TOO big. But, maybe not. I'll look into that.

Thanks!

Take a drive up I-94 sometime before the snow flies. I know a great little rail-road themed cafe. I'll buy ya lunch anytime!

Wednesday, Hell! It arrived in the mail this afternoon.!

However, I'm out the door for family stuff and can't open it until I get home.

Thanks, Bob!
