Hi guys,
Anybody up for a cops and robbers campaign. Basically the idea is that you build two models, a police car and a gettaway vehicle, featured on a base for added effect. The gettaway can be anything that you think would be used for such purposes, whether it be an old, rusted bangor, a classic car or a brand new sports car. THat part is is up to you. I was thinking it would run from Jan 10 to Dec 31st 10
So any takers?
Cheers

Could be interesting. Although I'm generally not a car guy. Could do the whole "Bonnie & Clyde" thing, or 1920's Chicago.

Go ahead and submit the idea...... the "guidelines" say 10 participants... but on Modelgeek & Automodeler 5-10 is usually enough as not alot of people seem to build some of the specific ideas.

Good idea, and as Matt said 5 participants is sufficient. However I'm not keen on the campaign running a whole year. Previous experience indicates that such long campaigns/group builds lose steam and interest along the way - I'd prefer you make it 6 months, e.g. Jan-Jun '10.

Hmmm...required: "Copper" and "Getaway".....and Base. Personally, I'd love to get "back to the autos," but maybe, just maybeeeeee.......the original time line isn't out of order?

Yeah, yeah....I'm whining. I'm a slooooow builder (realize, that's just me [and others? ]).

Just my thinkin' on it. 'Nother thought....this being, I'm assuming, 1/24th-1/25th....two cars/trucks/et al = a base that'll need to be 18 to 24 inches long? Big base. Lots to do....

If I can enter Jan. 9 count me in.
First I've got to finished my "Aircooled campaign".
Maybe a "Dukes of Hazzard" scene.
Roscoe P. Coltrane chassing the Dukes.
That's a nice build
