A long, long time ago, Revell produced an off-scale (1/36? 1/38?) Morris Minor Traveller kit. Nowadays they are pretty rare, but I have seen them pop up on eBay now and again (perhaps 2 or 3 times in the last dozen years or so). Needless to say, they don't come cheap.

I don't know of any other plastic kits of these cars. IIRC, both Heller and Airfix had a couple of Minis, but no Travellers or pickups.

There are diecasts available, however. Travellers are available from both Minichamps in 1:18 and Sun Star in 1:12.

HTH.

From the looks of it, the traveller would be your equivelent of our '39 fords, but smaller.

That'd be a good chunk of work to rework a regular mini into a traveller, but it could be done thru the passage of time.

The pickup would be about the same amount of work. Plastruct tubing for the headlight/body pieces...teardrop cut into the fender with a slight amount of rounding over up front and flat sheet stock built up and out for the fenders and rounded over.....could be done and would be a one of a kind piece at any model show!

...don't get me started on Sun star stuff...those 1/24 scale AEC london buses are too cool...but not the price!

Just ran across this on ebay from mightymouse...while it'll time out before you can do much about it, it's good to know he's got something!

i have built it and it is a nice proportioned and very well detailed kit with head and tailamp jewels
