Belated merry christmas to me...I just left model-car-kit.com and had ordered the new revell 1/24 scale london bus kit...slow boat shipping though, as I have issues with paying more for s/h than for the actual kit.
I hope to have it in a few weeks..probably long before it officialy hits here in the states...lucky brits usually get new revell stuff before we do!
Ok, now back to messing with my plymouth...the joys of taking apart things on a now 72yr old car!

Hi Bob
Didn't know they were releasing a London bus untill I saw your post. Just took a look at it, on Revell's site. Looks like a must have.

Double decker bus, my favorite bus of all time...the mid 60's split seat greyhound scenic cruiser would be next in that line...
The UK usually gets all the new revell stuff before we do here in the states, and I heard she'd be out by the 1st of the year so I wnet searching and found a few available...$68 USD or $51 euro to get it here total...sans VAT of course. I know when these babies hit the shores here they'll be around $60-$80 or so, so I pulled the trigger now and actually got it cheap. Nice decals and really nice detail...but that upper rounded roof section looks like it'll be a minor pain to settle in unless they fixed that...{pics I'v seen}...I don't care, I want it anyway!

Cool!, got my bus kit today...this thing is huge!
Luckymodel just showed it delivered here for $103.00...lol.
I got mine thru car-model-kit.com delivered here for only $51 euro...or $63USD..was supposed to be $68 but they hadn't taken off VAT yet at that point.

I
ll snap some pics tomorrow if I can...can't wait to start this puppy!

We'd need to have the aftermarket guys make up some added decals for it so we could do different color schemes...that would be nice.

Now your talking.
But different color scheme?
The London Bus is red, otherwise it's not a London Bus
