The planets must be aligned properly, or something because I actually managed to finish a truck! Wow!
Anyway, here is my version of the Revell 1937 Ford delivery truck. I only built this guy to see how the kit was because my son who turned 8 in May wanted a glue kit. I wasn't sure what kit to get, because he's also been hounding me for an ambulance kit. Since I wasn't going to spring for a SSB Resin kit for an 8 year old, I was at a loss. The Revell issued this kit & I thought it would be perfect. I have to admit that there are some tricky parts, but I think we'll be able to handle them together.
My version is the Sexton Foods version with two-tone Tamiya Green over Dark Green. It's essentially "box-stock", but hey, it's done!

Beautiful job Jim, the two-tone (as well as the whole thing!) looks perfect. If you and junior are going to do an ambulance version, please post that one too

Thanks, guys.
Yes, when Matt & I build the ambulance, we'll definitely post pics. All in all, it's not a bad little kit. I did have some trouble getting the radiator to fit under the hood, though.
As far as entering this in the Vintage & Classic GB, I hadn't thought of that.
Here's a more "period correct" photo for 1937:
