I have got the re-issue of Monogram's vintage 1926 Mack Bulldog Tanker truck. I would like to put some later pneumatic tires and later wheels on it. I have seen photos of these trucks with five spoke wheels, wider of course with modern tires, and was wondering if anyone can suggest any tire/wheel combo. Aftermarket or otherwise. Ideally, something that would be from the from the time period mid 1930's up til the 1950's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mike,

Try this link. I've not bought anything from them, so I couldn't tell you about customer service, shipping, etc.

Thanks, Brian. They look like they might have some possible Tire/wheel combos that I can use.

I have purchased things from Dave (AITM) in the past. Always had good service. Make sure you check his PDF catalog (it's under the ORDER link at the top right of the page, then at the bottom of the next page) for all of his stuff.

James,

That's good to know. I just ran into that site a few weeks ago looking for aftermarkets for the Pete build.
