Motor started and running gear on, next up I will channel the body by about 1/4":-

With the seat/floor in the body sits stock height:-
The body will be lowered by 3/16" onto the frame:-

The seat tub is going into the parts bin as it makes the body ride to high, so I have cut a new floor to fit inside with a 3/16" inset form sheet stock:-
After the glued in floor had set it was time to channel 3/16" out of the body:-
Next up will be glue and filler:-
