Hi guys

So i almost finished with my brabham bt50 and i have my base for the model finished already, but earlier this day i was thinking, how the hell do you attach your model to the base?
I made a sturmtiger some time ago and what i did was, i drilled a hole in the base and then glued the bolt to the bottom of the tank and screwed the tank to the base so i can take the model off the base whenever i want.
But the problem is that i can't do this with this model (BT50) because it simply to low to the ground (1mm aprox.).
So my question is, do i simply glue it to the base? And do i glue it by the wheels or the bottom of the model as it is so close to the ground?

Any help would be appreciated

P.S: I can post some pics when i am done, and merry christmas to everyone!

How about drilling the tyers and putting rods in them and then drill the base to match?

Well, i mean has anyone ever done base for a car/formula model? Do you even attach the model to the base or do you simply put it on there?
