Hi,
I need some help please.
I recently purchased this very beautiful 1/32nd scale die-cast model from Code3 of Engine 68 FDNY Seagrave Pumper.

I would like to upgrade the model by applying a light weathering process to it but I also need to change the wheels! The model is fitted with the incorrect wheels as can be seen from the following photos.

Front wheel on model

Rear wheel on model

Image of the real thing!

Second image of the real deal,

As you can see the model is fitted with 2 hole wheel rims. I need 5 hole!
Does anybody know where I can get a good set of 5 hole wheel rims exactly like the set in the photos above please?
Many thanks for your help!

Joe.

Decent 1/32 scale model truck items are difficult to find as most 1/32 car & truck kits are geared toward younger builders; as opposed to 1/35 scale military models. That being said, you "might" find what you're looking for at Don Mills Models in Massachusetts.

Good luck with your search. I have yet to find decent 1/32 tires to replace the ones on my 1/32 Monogram trucks. They just don't seem to exist.

In todays world of rapid prototyping and 3d printing I bet you could find someone who would draw you up some in sketchup and someone to print them out.
