I always wanted to build this model. Who makes the better kit? I have heard there is an expensive old plastic kit and one with a metal body. Who makes the most accurate one? Thanks---John

John,
Hot Rods aren't my area of expertise by any means. I'd try Pm'ing Jesper better known as Hwa-Rangand, and Damian better known as AussieReg surely they can help you out.

I believe that MPC made a kit of this car, but I have no idea if it is accurate as it came out when I was out of the hobby.

The metal body 32 is a snap together with some gluing. The MPC 32 deuce coupe mpc 1-0671 good but expensive so there is the amt/ertl kit. I'd take a MPC kit over amt any day.
