There was a recent topic on Zero paints in which Joel gave his experience on Zero and Gravity paints.
I just wanted to add to that with a shout out about Gravity of Spain on some great service.
I wanted some paint for my entry into the Blue Oval campaign of a Ford Escort MK 1. I got in touch with Gravity and they created the two Ford colours I needed from the early 70's, Olympic Blue and Diamond White in the space of about three weeks.
So if you looking for a hard to find colour, get in touch with them. If they dont have it they may well make it for you.

Michael,
That's incredible for sure I've heard of Gravity working with customers before, but had no idea how quickly they would react to your request.

I've reached out to them via email as chat doesn't seem to work for me very well, and they always answered my emails the same day, even on Sunday!

I'm curious as to what the cost of a special color would be, and if they will be adding those colors to their range of Ford Paints?

Hi Joel,
The cost was same as their other paints and they added them to their Ford colour range. You can check them out in the Latest Products with pictures of an Escort on each.

Sounds great.

What did the need, from you, in order to create the custom colors? Colorcode, name, images?

Hi Jesper,
I sent them some pictures of the kit box art from the BelKits website and them some of the actual cars from Google. Fortunately, it is pretty easy to find colour charts/ codes for Ford Europe so I sent them those as well.

Thanks for sharing your experience Michael. That is indeed next level customer service in an age where a lot of sellers just look at the bottom line and seem to forget where those $$$ come from.

I'm looking forward to watching your build come together and how the paints perform for you.

Cheers, D
