I have seen some pretty amazing builds, of this one, when it was first released in 2009. I wonder if they have upgraded, the tool, as, from what I've read, there were some issues. Anyway, super cool race car, which will make a killer display model.

I agree with Jesper. The original kit had too many major issues to justify it's high price, IMHO. If they correct some of them I am more like to bite, because the subject matter is tremendous.
This is a hobby. Its supposed to be fun. If you aren't having fun, you're doing something wrong.

I agree too. I'm a big fan of the GT's and the Original AC Cobra's and this kit was on my list back when it was first released, until I got a look at one. It can be made into an accurate kit, but that will take a lot of work. More than I wanted to deal with. With the release of the new Christian Bale, Matt Damon movie; FORDvFERRARI in November I can only dream someone like Meng or Takom will take the plunge into large scale cars.
