Does anyone know of a 1966 Ford GT40 in a smaller scale? I just saw Ford v. Ferrari and am interested in modelling the one driven by Ken Miles. Decals are not a problem as Indycals makes them in several scales.

So far the only kit I've found that's close is the 1:24 Fujimi which is a bit too big.

Take a look at www.scalemates.com and narrow your search to the smaller scales.

Marsh Models (www.marshmodels.com) in the UK make several GT40 kits in 1/43 resin.

Several manufacturers of resin and white metal kits made them in 1/43 scale in the past. Check eBay. They turn up there quite often.

Another good place to look is Grand Prix Models (www.grandprixmodel.com), also in the UK. They sell kits from many manufacturers and also occasionally have older, previously owned kits for sale. You can refine your search there by scale and material.

Mike's suggestions for 1/43 scale is your best bet, with a lot of choices. Not sure if there are any 1/32 scale kits, but generally those kits are usually not very accurate, and have a ton of issues.
