I thought you guys might enjoy a few pics of the Falcon from the Mad Max movies.
I finished this a long, long time ago, so long their was no such thing as pigments, i used chalk pastels. The kit came with only the super charger detail, all other detail under the hood i added mostly from a 1969 Mach 1 Mustang. All comments welcome.

Beautiful.
Robert, I still use dry pastel pigments, because I don't want to pay Emperador Miguelito seven times the money for the same dust.

Robert,
Now there's something I've never seen. Looks really good to me, and very close to what I remember it looked like on the screen.

Thanks Joel, Thanks Gabriel, i agree pigments are way, way to expensive. I am going to try and post a few pics once a week or so of a different model that i finished at least 10 years ago.

Very nice and dusty. Good work with the added details. I also still use pastels as Szmann describes.

Very nice work, the weathering came up beautifully and the extras in the engine bay look great!

Looks great Robert! Obviously I have an interest in it.
I'd like to do one as it looked when Max was chasing down Toecutter, Bubba and Johnny.

Thanks Damian it was a really fun build, thanks David i wood really like to see you build one.
I have an interesting story behind this model, back when i went to buy it i remember it was the most expensive model car kit i had ever bought, so i said why not, when i got it home and opened it i saw it did not have a full engine bay man was i mad, that's why it has a full engine bay, inspiration i felt i had to get my monies worth. lol.
