The current Car Group Build is The Strip, Track, & Trail GB. I thought that I'd share my just finished Tamiya 1/20 scale Lotus 99t that Senna drove with all of you, since many members don't visit or follow the GB builds.

The build is almost pure OOB as it has enough challenges being one of the older Tamiya 1/20 Formula 1 kits. I used Gravity paints for the Camel Yellow and Indy Car decals as the Tamiya decals substituted Lotus for the Camel logo as per the regulations.

Overall, the kit had no real issues, and built up as I expected it would being a Tamiya kit.

As for a group Lotus F1 picture, all I've gotten built so far is the Lotus 25, the Lotus 72E, and now the Lotus 99t. I've got I think 4 more Lotus F1 kits in the stash with more to come. But I'll try to take a few pictures and post them for the full Lotus effect

That crossed the finish line, with flying colors. Great paintjob, top notch decal work(wouldn't expect anything less, form you Joel) engine certainly looks the part.

And you're right. I usually do a duel post in both the Garage GB Thread and in the Car Forum. Just totally forgot about it for this build. That's why it's just a finished thread.

I'm about to start another FIA build, the new Nunu Audi R8 LMS GT3 car from the 2015 series. I'm do a double post as it's a 2nd build for the GB as well.
