Hello Minky, And welcome to Armorma. Well what are you looking to build? There are many afternarket companys that make car parts. Here are a few:

http://slixx.com
http://www.roadsters.com/kits/
http://www.modelcarhub.com/mchhome.shtml
Also doing a Google search will turn up many more.

I think depending on what you are trying to do-you have to be more specific regarding what exactly it is you are trying to make-if you are just looking to "pimp up" your model there is a number of manufacturers out there making speakers, boxes, hydraulic suspension set ups (even functional ones), bucket seats, engines etc.
Tons and Tons of stuff-mainly in direction of the Low Rider models.
If you are looking for supping up your car to make it a Tunner or a Street Racer-there are engine kits for muscle cars that are incredible in detail, braided hoses you can add in etc. There is no one I know of that makes intakes and exhausts but those you can make by bending aluminium tubing into place and for the filter either sculp it out or get a "donor" from one of the currently available Tunner Series models-just cut the filter off of the intake manifold and glue it to your own intake pipe.
For wheels, tires, interior, spoilers-there is a number of manufacturers for the tires, interior flocking and decals for seat patterns, there is a set made by Fujimi I think for different spoilers or wings for the trunks.
Hope this helps, I used to build a lot of cars and customized quite a few-I found the easiest way to make a "Pimp" street racer is to take a Rally or Touring car and disregard all painting instructions-do the interior as you would like, paint the exterior in any way you wanted and try to replace the tires from slicks to something with a tread (good luck with the last one)... or just replace the rims and tires all together. The result is always a REALLY REALLY MEAN Street Racer
