Are there any decent models of a stock '68 Camaro out there?
I've tried an ERTL (? AMT?) version -that must have been from the early 80's - and it was just bad -

As far as i know the one you mention is pretty much it, you could do a conversion on the Revall 1968 firebird but that would be a huge amount of work, that AMT kit is not great but in my opinion its buildable, with some good reference and detail work should be passable. You could also try ebay for a promo but that could be very costly and i don't know about how accurate they are. Others here on Armorama may have more info for you.

You can get a Revell-Monogram 1969 Camaro and convert it they arnt that much different.

a '69 Camaro is very different from a '68. Better to build a '67 - the only changes in those model years were the addition of turn signal lights added to the sides & they switched to a vacuum operated system vs. electric on the RS model's headlight covers.
