Not much of a fancy here... I want to use AB (with enamel medium) for this one. Problem is, I can't find a good match for the WR Blue Mica. Suggestions?


Wheels and windows in progress. Wheels painted with Gunze spray can gold and retouched many times. Ack! Scratches on the windows! Any help masking it and removing the scratches?

See my post in the paints forum. You could get a Mica Blue touch -up stick at your local Subaru dealer, thin that ( a Lot ) and use that.

I have tested some, and till now, there is no indication that they are affecting the plastic in any negative way ( I tested without primer !!!! )

And, the Tamiya spray can series do have a mica blue IIRC, so you may want to check that too.

Looking good so far Shonen, just my 2cents, you can get Tamiya's mica blue(spray can -as what's been said above) and get a spraycan of gunze gloss clear coat - The Tamiya clear gloss ain't as bling as Gunze's. I'm not sure about the enamels though.

for the windows, try dipping them in future floor wax a few times, make sure its in a dust free enviroment when drying
