Here's my first attempt at building a car. It's the old Fujimi kit. I had a lot of fun building it and there will be more kits to follow.
I airbrushed it with tamiya orange and gun metal, finished with pearl clear from Tamiya.

Lovely skyline, even if it's the older type.

Love the color aswell.

Looks mean, as other japanese cars of her period Well my first car kit was fujimi curb side porsche carrera 911 build when I was twelve Memories, memories...

This is very nice job.I like it.It seems good and clean.Nice paint job.Is there any techniq which makes the paint more smoother?

Nice job you did there, Dirk. The 2 tone colour and that particular shade of orange really reminded me of the Japanese cars of that era. Looking forward to seeing more of your collection.

Didn't realise Tamiya has a pearl vanish available. Was it come from a spray can or in a tub? I can use some of those on my Fujimi Honda Integra which has been lying on the shelf for over 3 years now.

Yes, the Tamiya pearl clear comes in a spray can.
I sprayed 4 light coatings and it gave a very nice effect.
