Is there any place I can go to get an aftermarket brush guard for a 99 Silverado in 1/24 scale?

AMT's 1984 GMC Pickup and Revell's 1980 Bronco both have decent grill guards in them. Those kits also have various other parts you might find a use for like off road lights, roll bars, winch etc.

With a little practice you could make your own from styrene or brass tubing.

Sorry I don't know of any place that sells an aftermarket grill guard.
