Hi all!
I have bought the MPC General Lee reissue. I should like to convert it to a stock-car racer, and put the Fred Cady Royal Dodge decal set on it. My problem is, I don't know how the interior looks like, and especially the roll frame. Can anybody tell me sources for photos about the Royal Dodge's interior, or other Charger stock cars of the same era?
Thank you!

Just a suggestion, but I would try and find the '69 Torino or Mercury put out a couple of years ago by Polar Lights or the 1974-76 Dodge Charger (R. Petty) also put out about the same time. Just use the chasis and rool cage from that kit, that will safe you a ton of scratchbuilding and the body you have should fit the chasis.

I meant roll cage and the charger was also produced by Polar Lights.

Use Tony's idea and for referance you can get the Mopar Nascars by Motorbooks.com.. Excelent photos. Monogram also kitted a 69 Charger thats much beter in scale and profile than the General Lee. Try Greatmodels or Hobbyland or Valley Plaza Hobbies. good Luck mate and turn left
