Long, long time ago, in a kingdom far, far away... naaah, but it WAS a long time ago . When I was introducing myself to the Big A forum to be specific. Well, back then I promised to show some of my civilian works (blush)
Heres the first one, and my favourite, completed some 18 months ago: The AMT '49 Ford Custom Club Coupe (I just call her 'Sleeek'). It was resqued from state it was for some time, totally stripped of paint, customized a little (some serious putty work ) added some wire details painted with rattle can sparay, then rattle can clear gloss from motip, polished and 'voila' :-)

Take care,
Pedro

Hi rvthanks for the comment!
I looked at the one in your gallery and whoaaa, what a mean beast of a ford you got there The black paint job looks top notch, and you did two things that I didnt (but was pondering that ideas for awhile): chopping the roof, which I didnt dare and putting on the tinted glass, which I had to choose from few colors but none had fit IMO

Cheers

That's a pretty cool Ford Pedro. Very nice paintjob.
What did you use for interior carpet?

Thanks Jesper!
Well, what I used for carpet was... a piece of cloth that I've found among my mothers sewing bits. I dont know what it was egsactly, probably some artificial material, fory just on one side.

Cheers
Pedro
