this is great. Nice thinking outside the box. With all the kits out there everybody is doing the same thing or close to it, but here you go and do this. Very wonderful. I love to see things that nobody else is doing. Great job

Thanks Chuck when i first started cutting the winshield from the sprue i cracked it so i decided to put the rest of the cracks in the window, seams like it worked out well.

Wow! Very realistic finish rv. I love it.
I almost did that kind of thing to AMT 1950 chevy pickup, I ended up filling and sanding all the dents and scratches previously made and the car became smokey silver custom...
Guess I didn't have the guts to do that
Here's a page with lots of sad stories involving old US cars ending up in poland or somwhere around, mostly in polish but its all in the pictures. Thought you can use it as an inspiration

Thanks Pedro iam glad you liked it, thats a great site i have book marked it, it will provide good info for weathering old cars. This junker is going in a dio called junk yard dog there will be a 1/25 scale Bulldog lots of junk parts a dead tree and all kinds of details should be an interesting build.

Thanks Kevin still a little more work to do on the car but almost there. I already have the Bulldog and he looks to be in scale, the base is 12" by 9" oval i have already put some of the ground work on and i am collecting and painting all of the junk car parts, i have also started the dead tree, i will post some pics in the Dio section when i get a little more work done.

Awesome work Robert. The rust looks really great. Good variation in the color of the rust.
Lots of great details. The green liqued from the radiator is a nice touch. Shows good attention to details.
Do you need more junkyard stuff. Wheels, tires, hoods etc.

Thanks Jesper I am glad you like it so far, i do have a large box full of old model car parts but wright after i moved it seams to have gone missing if i can't find the parts i may take you up on the offer. Wait till you see some of the other details going in like a wooden crate filled with old car parts and other junk i may also put in a 1/25 scale Human figure if i can find the wright one. Yes she's mint should start wright up with very little work.
