Sometime soon I am going to build an El Camino model I'd like to do a worn look on it What would be the best way of dulling gloss paint and the chrome parts? I am thinking maybe adding some flat base to Tamiya gloss dark blue may be the way to dull that down, but unsure if it'll work
Thanks in advance

Chad i don't bother mixing in dull coat with my paint i use Testors Dullcoat spray and apply it after my color coat, if you don't want it that flat you can try semigloss. my 52 Chevy Junker posted here was sprayed with flat coat.
