Ok - I feel like such a 'nube'
I am looking for AM Tires for a burning out/just leaving the line dragster. Tires that are big, tall, and skinny.
I've done some searching and other sites leave a bit to be desired in thier search features (Jim KitMaker ROCKS). I've found some stock 'rod' tires, but nothing about a dragster leaving smoke.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey Scott,
What your after are wrinkle wall tires,I swear by these, They are a great looking set. I use them most times. Here is a set at a great price, most often they range up to $15 bucks.
Wrinkle Wall Slicks
Now if you looking to get tires that look as if they're going down the track at 300+... well there isn't a set out. Or at least I haven't seen them yet, and I do look around for new products.

Scott,
Have you looked over at this place, I really enjoy shopping here. Prices are great and some of the best stuff out. I bought the resin 70 Camaro F/C body two months ago to build "Jungle Jim's" funnycar

Cool sites, nice products.... I'll have to see if I can use some of those items.
Unfortunately, I am looking for 1/10th of a second after the final Green light goes off.
Time to get out the Sculpy and scatch my own. Armor lessons taken to the automotive world.
Thanks for the links Joe - two new favorites.

While not necessarily for dragsters, there are quite a few after market rims/ tires available.
Have you tried:
Pegasus Hobbies ?
Hoppin Hydros ?
Aoshima ?
