The Toybiz kit is very cartoonish. I have three kits from the ToyBiz line: Beast, Thor and GR.
The Beast is a good representation of the character and you can see him in my gallery. Thor starts to push the envelope a bit, a bit more cartoonish but good, and the GH figure is even more cartoonish.
The bike is Nothing like the images JackFlash showed, it's got a large 'shield' where the headlight would be, The motor is 'strange' to say the least.
Scale 1 - Representation of the Comic Book Figure - C+
Scale 2 - Kit to build B
Scale 3 - Cool Factor A
I wouldn't spend more than $10 USD+s&h for this kit on ebay. If you're patient you can snag him for about $8 +s&h

Go here http://microsites.ign.com/ghostrider/ There are a couple of images and they are giving away a movie prop of the bike. This is the whole bike or at least one of them that they used in the movie. Definitely look like a Goblin's skeleton with chain forks growing out of its mouth.
I remember doing the yellow an blue Wolverine for my third oldest son's room.

This might make an interesting conversion. I wonder if they used a soft-tail Harley to start?

From what I’ve read was that the flamed tank chopper Johnny Blaze rides is a modern replica of the "Captain America" chopper that Peter Fonda rides in Easy Rider.
As for the Ghost bike, I saw that it was a Buell bike. Here is a quote from Mark Steven Johnson “We discussed having a Jesse James or O.C.C. build the bike, but in the end what we wanted was fantasy, not realism, and the building of the bike fell under my excellent Production Designer, Kirk Petrucelli.”
It’s a hell-ish looking bike…

Here is a pic I did with me, maybe to much time on my hands
Here is a alright game...

Hey mother did you catch the comment by Fonda as Mephistophilies?
They were in the ally and its just before the first transformation. Fonda walks up to the chopper and says "nice bike." The bike looks like it has more rake in the neck of the forks than the Capt. America bike of Easy Rider. I may be wrong though.
