Sorry Scott, I haven't finished a car, or worked on a car to the finish, since October. Definately NOT within the quarter, I'd say.
I could glue the running lights/ turn signals onto the '70 GTO and call it finished I suppose. At this rate, I can't lose, huh?
Lemme know.

Ya sure? I do have a bit of work left to wrap up on it. it's not a lot, but, I could finish before the end of the quarter, no problem.
I've never put up a model to be judged like this. Waddya think?

Sorry Scott. I had to strip the paint on my Ford Galaxie, so I'm way behind schedule.

Okay, I'm putting the finishing touches on my entry and whipping up a base to photograph it on. I've got about 45 more minutes of work left on the last 2 hrs. of build time. I polished up the paint, added the running lights, chrome name tags, all the engine compartment bits and wires and, what I consider the last pieces, the side-view mirror and the rear bumper.
Thanks Scott, for getting my butt in gear to finish this model. Depending on how fast paint can dry, I should have this puppy photographed (The good camera has been saved!) and officially entered.

Don't rush - as long as you're done by the end of the month you'll be fine.
Don't worry about a base, unless you want one.
And I've got my Pennzoil dragster almost done too.
