Richard, I think the builder used the instruction sheet to build his model, his entry is marked that way (the writing is from the chief judge-Mikey D) as he entered it in for inclusion for the "Out of Box" award also, and the rules clearly state that the instruction sheet MUST be presented with the model for it to be considered. There were quite a few across all categories that were eliminated by simply not following this simple rule.
