Operational Overview
This is a general campaign that includes vehicles designed to transport men and equipment. See rules below for more information, but this campaign is generally reserved for softskin vehicles.

The Rules and Regs
- All scales are open
- All countries and all eras open
- Guntruck allowed
- Exceptions to the softskin rule include, but are not limited to, all humvees and halftracks. However try to keep it within the intent of the campaign. If you think that your entry may not be appropriate, feel free to ask me, I'm pretty lenient.

Contest Element
Multiple entries allowed. Participants will receive a ribbon at the conclusion of the campaign.
