Operational Overview
This will be a learning campaign, focusing on building finishing figures. It should benefit all involved.

The Rules and Regs
There is a minimum of five figures, without a vehicle and four figures with one. All scales and types of figures are acceptable. This includes civilians, what ifs and government or military personnel. Vehicles and artillery may be started, prior to the beginning of the campaign. Figures may not be started, before the campaign. Multiple entries are welcome, but only one ribbon will be rewarded. Dioramas and vignettes are encouraged. All participants must submit one photo of the unstarted figures, one progress photo, and one photo in the campaign gallery of the finished product.

Contest Element
This is your chance to master the science of reproducing static, scale figures. All scales and types of figures are acceptable. Of course, vignettes and dioramas are encouraged, but not required. Multiple entries are acceptable, but only one ribbon will be rewarded per member. Please, clearly state that your build is finished. I have accidentally awarded ribbons to unfinished builds, in the past. Please post more than the required photos, as learning from others is the purpose of this campaign. And, remember, have fun!
