A nice 1/16 scale release from Italeri.
The Moto Guzzi 850V California - version 750 Ambassador- is the motorcycle which in 1968 won the tender for supply to the Los Angeles Police Department. Moto Guzzi presented the V850 California model to the Cycle and Motorcycle fair in Milan in 1971. This model benefitted from all the technological innovation designed by Lino Tonti including the V7 Sport engine (reinforced crankcase, 5 speed gearbox, double drum front brake and adjustable dampers), but with the cubic capacity increased to 844cc. As such it became the absolute benchmark in its in terms of power, performance and reliability.

- Highly detailed parts - Luxury box divided into compartments with special trays for the accessories.
Electric motor not included in this kit.

Prolly the old Protar kit.They sell for stupid dough on ebay. This is good , I gather its a great model.

Yes, this is indeed a repop of the old Protar kit. Still where else can you get a model like this? I'm tempted, as I have a full size V7 Sport and am intimately familiar with the inside of these engines. However last time Italeri issued this it was retailing for £250 in good old "Treasure Island".
