Richard: I'm guessing you won't be using the little brush either.

Richard I do like your Mustangs, be great to see once they are all done.

Well you guessed it another Lotus has arrived all the way from Japan this time.

A few more still to get mainly OOP Tamiya, the type 102 and 99T plus a couple of the Ebbro type 49's.

My mother in law never gives me a birthday present. She give me money to buy it myself, so that's what I did.
Revell samba VW bus

Fujimi De Tomaso Pantera. Always loved that car. When I was a kid and played with automobile cards, this was one of my favorits.

And a 1/24 scale figure, from Maim.

Was at a hobby fair saturday. 3 armor kits and these two auto kits. The dealer also had Revell's '72 Olds pace car, but at 65us$ it was way to expensive.

Sean: I'm contemplating a two tone paint job, for the 1950 Olds. Cream(Ish) with a black top.

Not sure what to do with the 66 model, other than am wheels.

Hi, guys!

Just added a few kits to my stash for whenever their time shall come:

Tamiya's New Beetle:

AMT's Lowboy trailer with load:

and MPC's Mack DM600:

All should be fine builds, I guess. Apparently are some problems with the AMT kit but nothing unmanageable.

Cheers!

Very nice. Were these RHD or LHD in Australia back in the day? Are you going to make it Coral? I've heard that was a very popular color back in the 1950s.

I have had a good long fondle of the sprues and apart from a small amount of flash the detail looks good. I will be starting a thread soon with a few images and reviews, keep an eye out for it!

Jim, imported Chevs were assembled as RHD at the GM plant in Woodville, South Australia.
