So one of my favorite shows growing up was The Dukes of Hazzard, and I knew that I eventually wanted to build a replica of the "General Lee". I originally purchased the MPC The Dukes of Hazzard "General Lee" Dodge Charger kit, but it lacked detail, and I eventually converted the Revell 1969 Dodge Charger RT into the "General Lee". It's not perfect, but since they used about 300 cars during the production of the show, I figure it must be close to one of them! The engine, frame, suspension, & interior come from the Revell 1969 Charger RT kit; the body is from the Revell 1968 Charger RT kit; the decals, wheels, and push bar are from the MPC "General Lee" kit; B/F Goodrich tires are from a fellow modeler (redlines in the kits were not appropriate for the "General Lee"); CB radio from the parts box; CB antenna was scratch built; and the Hazzard County plates are from the Internet.

Looks great Jim, very nice work mate! Now you need to find Daisy’s Jeep and Roscoe’s police car to display with it.
Cheers, D

Thanks, D. I built Daisy's Jeep back in the 1980s, never Roscoe's patrol car. I might just have to do Roscoe's patrol car. Hey, someone has to keep the Duke Boys in line; or is it the other way around! I think Roscoe's patrol car was a 1977 Dodge Monaco, or maybe a 1978 Plymouth Fury. I'm pretty sure the kit is a Monaco.
Daisy did have a black & yellow 1974 Plymouth Road Runner for a while before she got the 1980 Jeep CJ-7.

That's entirely possible, but for some reason I had trouble noticing what car she was driving at the time 😳😎

Jim,
Out of sight build
And that's one great picture of Daisy. She was always #1 on my list during that era growing up.
