A Close Shave

Every once in a while you need to take a break, and have a little fun. Throw away the references, and do a little creative modeling. This is the Airfix kit, I used the lid for the sidecar to close the top in as I didn't like the huge opening that was there. A little cutting and fitting for the gun mount.

Poor old Gromit, would be chilly zipping around in his birthday suit, so I sculpted a flying jacket and Mae West for him. Of course he had to be an ace, the fun part was grabbing avatars for kill marking, hopefully from those that have great senses of humor. I applied several gloss coats to give the impression of a glazed ceramic item.

Next----- Wallace and Gromit..... sidecar.... maybe "Dad's Army"...???? Who knows what rattles around this second childhood brain of mine.......

About Dave O'Meara (Grumpyoldman)

I'm rewriting this in a much more humoristic way, to help over inflate my ego, and place my self on a pedestal, because I don't have a life, and plastic models are the only thing I live for. I plead guilty as charged to excessive babble, light hearted humor, and continued encouragement to youngsters...

That is simply too cute Didn't know he downed Merlin and Sabot though lol Nice work

Dave, that is great! I get a big kick out of it. Thank you for this. Why not down Merlin? Then my fiendish plan to destroy ArmoramA Aircraft can proceed (visualize Blowfeld from the Bond movies) :-)
