Nice so far jesper....hey, if your just using the black as an undercoat, simply widen the flames alittle over the iffy areas and no-one will know{ok, except all of us...hahaha}.
...very nice so far!

...2 cents fwiw...I'd suggest the iwata...gave up my aztec for the iwata and haven't looked back!

Managed to repair my AB. I replaced the broken part with a bit of paperclip Doesn't work 100% so I will still need a new air brush. At least it work well enough, so I can postpone the purchase and wish for a new one for my 40 birthday in december

I remasked some of the flames and repainted. Doesn't look great, but better then before. I have added more BMF and will start further assembly tonight. Pictures will follow soon.

Do you cut the flames mask directly on the model? It looks good from here.

No, I added the masking tape, drew the flames and took of the masking tape. I cut it on the table. It was quite difficult to take it of in one piece and put it back again in the right position, so next time i will probably try to cut it while still on the model.

That part was the piece that connects the rear adjuster to the slide? You can tell I had mine apart alot of times, huh.
Do you have any hobby lobbys in your neck of the woods? They run the 40% off coupon here alot and you can use that for an AB.

Yes, it is exactely that piece.

I do not have a Hobby lobby near by.

I have put an Iwata or Harder&Steenbeck on my wishlist, for my upcoming 40'th birthday

I actually finished this one in january. Had hoped for a wee bit of sunshine, enabling me to take better shots outside, but that havent happened yet, so here are shots taken inside. Not the best quality.

Great work Jesper, the BMF looks good the paint looks very good and i think the pictures are of very good quality, i am impressed with the finished model, i think it should have a photo feature. I messed up the paint on mine so it never got done.

Very nice indeed Jesper. I do like the flames on it and the color.

No sunshine? Here in Colorado we've had "summer" for the last week...been in the 70's (20 to 25 celsius)
