A flattie V-12? In a Chevy?
I have to hand it to you, Robert, you certainly have some cool ideas.

Thanks guys, i wanted to come up with an engine a bit more creative than a small block chevy or the 6 it came with. Next i have to start work on the crank mounted super charger and hack up what's left of the front fenders.

Thats just sick Robert...............
As freakin' cool as that looks, I'd have a hard time rat rodding it. I'd have to shine it up and make it a show truck. I can't wait till my skills get that good so I can do work like what you've done here.
Do you have some sort of reference pic you're working from on that engine or just making it up as you go along? It's wild, that's for sure.

Thanks for the great praise Hermon i am not so shore my skills are any better than yours but thanks anyway, I got the idea of mounting the supercharger to the front of the engine from my own little brain but was not entirely shore how to proceed so i did a search on the internet on supercharged flat head engines and i came a cross a great website with dozens of engine pics and one was close to what you see here, i think it may be a marine application or one of those salt flat engines but i am not shore. The toughest part of this build is turning out to be the hood that thing is giving me all kinds trouble but i will get it done.

Wow. I'm impressive with the amount of work you've done on this so far, and to be honest, I think you've got a winner already.
The blown V-12 flattie is insane and it looks like you have all the hard parts worked out. The body mods look great - low and sinister and mean all at once. I can only imagine how wicked this will look when finished.
It's...rat-tastic!

Thanks Yoni, yes all the major parts of the engine are in place now i just have to start adding parts like fan belts, pulleys and hoses. The nice low stance started to really take shape after i chopped the top, i liked the way it looked so i figured i would section the cab and that's when things just fell into place. Just wait till you see what i do for the paint job.

Nice chop and sectioning! The front loader pump is a true gem to see...I want to do one of the old McCulloch blowers{pre Paxton} some day. Yah just don't see those much anymore{real life or models}...keep up the good work!

Great link Robert. I've spent the last 45 minutes looking at those awsome flatheads. Great place for reference material. Thanks.

Time for a small update, just a few pics of most of the interior parts, i put few rips in the seat and did a little weathering on the seat and floor, i made the fan on the dash from scratch and the shifter knob is supposed to look like a brain not shore if that works or not.

Love the seat Robert! The dash mounted fan is also pretty slick. I'd have never thought of something like that. Cooool.
As for the brain shifter.......well, with that big ole godzilla (or as the Japanese would say "GODZIRRA") engine, my brain will be locked onto the front of the truck, not the inside.

Thanks Hermon i wanted to come up with a few original ideas for the interior to help balance the overall build, i posted this model on another site and some one pointed out to me that Lincoln in the 1940's made a flathead V12 i guess my idea is not as original as i thought, but i still like it.

Those are a bunch of really sweet details, Robert. The fan is pretty neat, and the brain is so weird it's cool. I'm not even going to ask how you came up with that one!
