German Beauties is well underway, as well as the People Movers group build. Would like to start throwing out the idea for another Group Build running July - Dec, seeing that summer will come quickly.

To me Vintage & Classic starts at the birth of the automobile and ends somewhere around the 60's.

What do you think???

I am soooooooo close to being able to build, I can almost taste it!!

I had been ready for the F1/racing group build to form up, but I can see some 50's shiny land yacht for this one! Bring it on!

We can wait I only meant that I'll save a race kit for the race GB, this one will be perfect as I have a vintage car that might not get built without this GB.

Of course, Brian, you must know that they are both from the same factory, now the Auburn Cord Deusenburg Museum. Their website is here.
I've never been there, but a decent enough reason to visit Indiana.

Hi everybody,

I'd like to participate with a 1938 Opel Admiral 1:35 by Revell. Completed are the main parts of the motor and the frame. The motor is painted. Is that too much?
I'd finish it as a civilian car because I think it's a too nice car to paint it panzergrau.

Thanks in advance, HP

Damn, this is agony. Only the '48 Woody left to build and two days before this GB starts. Two days without touching plastic....................

Hija all,

just counted the parts I glued together, compared them to the overall parts the kit consists of and calculated it. My kit is 89,5% unbuilt - so I think it does count to join this campaign. So - I'm in. Re-starting that thing on monday.

See ya all, HP

Based on how things go for me in the next few weeks, I think I'm in on this one.

*edit: Will a custom be ok, or does it have to be stock?

Hello,

as required a photo of the built of my 1938 Opel Admiral today 2013-07-01.

http://gallery3.kitmaker.net/data/500/Opel_Admiral_Bauzustand_2013-07-01_1000x750.JPG

Built and painted are part of the motor and the frame. I'll continue with the motor and will show a picture when it's done.

I've got a question concerning the photos. Everytime I upload them to Kitmaker network and it's foreseeable when there is no more space for new ones. Is there another possibility to store photos and then upload them?

Thanks in advance, HP.
